Mission
Hi there! I am a professional pianist in Orange County who has been playing piano since I was 7 y/o. Having spent thousands of hours on this instrument, it is a pleasure for me to share my value, knowledge, and experience with music with you.
For my wedding clients, I am thrilled for us to work together on creating the perfect piano soundtrack for your special day. I aim to make your wedding as stress-free as possible so you can enjoy every moment and have peace of mind. Mostly, I am grateful for your consideration and trust to provide a music performance that commemorates this new chapter as one of the most significant milestones in your lives.
For my current and prospective students, I aim to instill a beautiful passion for music that you can share with friends and family. I take pride in tailoring fun, personalized, and interactive lessons to ensure steady progress. Under my guidance, you can expect to build a strong foundation in learning to read notes and applying music theory concepts to becoming a confident musician.
Lawrence’s main grand piano (Yamaha C2)
Background
For the past decade, Lawrence Maddela has established himself as a premier pianist and educator in Orange County, CA. He started learning piano at the age of 6, anchoring his early years in strict classical training through private 1-on-1 lessons. During his adolescent years, Lawrence served as the pianist of his Church for 4 years while simultaneously diving into the world of hip-hop/rap music production.
When not at the piano, the UCLA graduate maintains a full-time career in the field of regulatory affairs for medical devices. Bridging the gap between science and sound, Lawrence’s artistic style is defined by precision, creativity, and deep-rooted purpose.
Final Summary
As a Southern California pianist for weddings and private events, Lawrence manages a selective, private studio of nearly 20 students, building on his previous faculty and teaching experience at the Irvine School of Music and Tustin Music Center (2021-2025). He refined his skillset under the mentorship of a Juilliard-trained concert pianist and holds a formal teaching certification from the Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM).
As of 2026, Lawrence is committed to providing transformative learning experiences for students and performing beautiful arrangements for couples on their wedding day.
For those reading this until the very end, I thank you and hope to inspire you with the skills I’ve polished throughout my years of playing.
